How good is University of Rochester's BME program? I'm deciding between RPI and Pitt, and what is the percentage of students getting jobs directly after graduation/ go to med school/ go get master's/PhD? Also, what is the average salary for those who are employed, and at which companies that they got hired at? How hard is it to find an internship, and what companies do people intern at, and are most paid? How much hands-on experience do you receive at Rochester? How big are the class sizes?

Just a few posts down from yours:

Does anybody know about how hands-on Rochester’s approach to BME is? Also, what are average class size for BME classes, and how big frosh lecture halls are?

What you can do is pull up the BME curriculum from the website. Search the classes you need to take from the course scheduler.

Under the name of the class you will see Total Cap. For instance BME 101 INTRODUCTION TO BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING the Cap is 120. That is the maximum the class will have in it.

Does anyone know if the profs for UR BME care more about their research or if they care about undergraduates?
