<p>I really don't know much about this college. I heard that its not a really school spirited kind of place bc sports aren't very big there. I got a potential scholarship award if I go there so I was just wondering what its like.</p>
<p>umm haha, check the rochester forum, there is a lot of information about Rochester in those threads. Rochester definitely has spirit and is a very vibrant campus. yes, the school is NOT run by jocques like state schools or what not, but there definitely are multiple scenes on campus where everyone fits in. The school is prestigious, it has a good deal success feeding graduates into graduate programs and med school. Ask around on this forum with specific questions and you can sort of get a feel for how rochester is.
