<p>My DD is thinking of University of San Francisco and St Mary's California for school - both look great on paper for a psych/creative writing/marketing kid with B plus, but I don't see ANYTHING on here about either one! Opinions???</p>
<p>I would think a B+ student could do a lot better than St. Mary’s and probably better than USF. Is she looking for only SF area schools? Santa Clara would seem like a better bet.</p>
<p>We are traveling to the bay area to look at colleges. I completely agree that SCU would be my top choice, but her GPA is low B, and she needs some safety and low match schools as well. She is still considering, but we can’t find ANYTHING on these two even though they advertise having the programs she wants. Seems suspicious… San Jose State is another one that we are thinking of, but she wants a strong residential feel, and SJS is 19,000 with only 13% on campus. </p>
