Hello everyone, I applied and submitted my application to the University of South Florida on October 12, 2015. I sent in my application fee, my transcript, my SAT/ACT scores (Which took some time due to College Board changing the way they send scores). The only thing that they are waiting for is a Prescott College transcript, which I do dual enrollment with, that I ordered on October 21, ad was mailed on October 26. I’m not sure what’s taking all this time, but when will I hear about my Admission decision? USF said that: “The college transcript is not required for us to make a decision on your application for admission.” Has anyone else received their decision? Thank you!
USF does rolling admissions. From the time they received everything, their official wait time is around 6-8 weeks. That being said, I applied at the end of September and was accepted on October 2nd (the second day their acceptances began). They will normally accept you based on your position in their queue and how many other applications they have at that time. This is around their peak time of receiving applications, so it might take a bit longer for you to receive your decision.
