University of Southern California vs. Tulane?

I live in Los Angeles and want to study marketing. I was admitted to Tulane A.B. Freeman School of Business with a $27,000 per year scholarship, making the cost $40,000. I was also admitted to USC Marshall School of Business, where I would be paying $67,000. Which school is better for undergraduate business? Is USC worth all that extra money?

If u live in LA, why wd USC cost $67k? Can’t u commute?

^As GMT said, your choice is USC as a commuter or Tulane living on campus.
Unless your parents have 210,000 in a college fund for you, in which case, it’s up to you and them.

The difference between Tulane and USC is $27,000 a year, which is $108,000 over four years. No, I don’t think USC is worth the extra money if you really do have to pay that amount.

You could, as was suggested, commute to USC - it brings the cost down to about $54,000/year, which is still more than Tulane but by a total of $56,000 over four years. But then your choice becomes between living on campus in the res halls at Tulane and commuting through LA traffic to USC for four years, and all that implies. Personally, I’d still pick Tulane.

I agree, USC is not worth all that extra money. I’d have the full college experience at Tulane rather than commute to USC.

@GMTplus7‌ I wouldn’t be commuting, as my parents want me to live on campus and have the full college experience
