USC is my top choice and I was wondering if I could have some feedback about chances, and if there are things such as conditional acceptance or spring admission at USC.

SAT II: 700 US History
AP: US History- 5, Human geo- 5, Psych- 4, Euro History- 4, Literature- 3, World History- 5
GPA: 3.8UW, 5.7W (most rigorous courses, IB diploma candidate)
Ecs: I lived in different African nations for the majority of my childhood so I set up a 501(c) nonprofit to send school supplies back.
