<p>Does anyone have any recent info. about University of Tampa --BA --MT?</p>
<p>Since no one seems to be out there with info. regarding Univ. of Tampa I thought I would at least post what I know. My D auditioned in the fall got accepted into MT (BA). We loved the campus, beautiful area downtown Tampa, very impressed with the chair of the theatre dept. and info. regarding the program. We met with a MT student that said she loved it and gave us some great info. on the program. She was actually accepted at several other schools including several BFA’s (don’t remember which but they were good programs) and still picked Tampa. She said several reasons–faculty, size of school, location, cost. They are very generous with their academic scholarship money-- we won’t know about talent money till spring. My D would still love to get accepted into some of her top BFA choices but glad to have the Tampa acceptance. Anyone still looking for some additional schools to consider this may be an option.</p>
I know this is an old post, but if anyone else knows anything about UT’s MT program, I’d love to hear about it
