University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University (college station)

I'm very nervous about my chances to get into UT's and A&M's Architecture programs.
I received an 1800 on the SAT, I take AP classes, my GPA is 3.6 out of 4.0, I'm in NHS, NAHS and other volunteer clubs, I went to the UT Summer Academy of Architecture this summer for 5 weeks and I'm also successful when it comes to art (art competitions and recognition). Unfortunately, my school is very competitive-- one of the most competitive ones in Texas actually. I'm in the top 35% ( 984 students in my class). Already four friends of mine from architecture academy got into UT so I'm getting more and more worried every day because my status still says "processing". I know my chances might be low for these schools, but I was just wondering if there is a spectacle of hope for me.

Thanks :D

UT-Austin: Reach
TAMU: High match

^agreed. I think you’ll get into A&M, but UT Austin is a bit of a reach.

thanks for the feedback! it took the stress off a bit for A&M but UT … haha well… I guess I’ll just see what happens… hopefully I do reach my goal
