I am a Sophomore at Texas A&M and I have been admitted to UT Austin. I will be transferring to UT Austin during the fall 2015.
I am worried that CS courses taken at Texas A&M will be transferred to UT. I wanted to know if there is possibility to transfer the core computer science courses taken at Texas A&M to UT Austin. The five computer science courses that I have taken until now are:
csce 121
csce 221
csce 222
csce 312
csce 314
Let me know. Thanks.
You can get credit for the 2 intro programming courses, but none of the theory or systems classes. You’ll have to take Discrete Math at UT, then the first upper division course by itself (Comp Org & Arch). So after 2 semesters you can begin the rest of the upper division.
@Shah29 I’m sorry, this isn’t relevant to your topic, but would you mind sharing your stats?
