@Austinwannabe idk about this academic index but i wouldn’t stress about it too much. texas apparently values class rank super highly and I was OOS applying to CS and not even ranked top 10%, so u definitely got a chance. Also i posted my stats on the USC admission/stats thread a while ago if u wanna check it out
Fulton, the regional counselor at DFW, said that they would started releasing on the 15th when he visited our school.
@vs1997 i got mine today. they released some today but probably most the next 2 fridays…

Why’s everyone saying decisions are coming out on the 15th when thats a Sunday…I thought the admissions office was only open on the weekdays lol
I’ve known people from the past two years who had applied and they all received their decisions on the third Friday in February. So, that’d be the 20th for us
because they do not wish to receive our phone call and indeed they received a lot of called from students after the decision had release! :((
@kitty1 no liberal art decision for me. still in review. I am really worried because my ACT was a 27. Do i even have a chance??
don’t worry, I have 35 also in review, perhaps decision still not release, I hope! [-O<
but I am OOS, this is most that I worry about? If you are in state, you have much better chance than me!
@knox196 yeah I applied to education with a major of applied learning and early development back in october and I still haven’t heard anything. And I have only seen one person post that they got in with a major in kinesiology but they were also auto. What major did you apply to?
