I’ve heard tons of rumors in past two month… Hope this one will become true…
Ok. So I think we have determined a formal definition of “The Thursday Night Claim:”
(Supposedly): The Thursday Night Claim, first proposed on a post on message board entitled "University of Texas Austin Admissions," asserts that admissions decisions - in some sizable or significant quantity - will be released by the University of Texas Austin Admissions Department on or after 5pm the evening of Thursday, February the 19, 2015.
Given the instance in which the “Thursday Night Claim” does not come to fruition by 5pm on Thursday, February the 19, 2015, the claim shall be retitled: “The Friday Night Claim.”
Hopefully that provided some glib comical relief to those of you on the edge of your seats.
So UT takes the time to release a design update for My Status but doesn’t release decision updates??? scratches head :-/

I still have the green check…why would the design update not show up for everyone?
Why would they update the design right now in the middle of sending out decisions? Are they trying to give me a heart attack?
Does anyone know if they release auto admits first or like an order¿

For those of you still seeing green checks and reading in to that, my son checked his status on his phone and saw the green check, I checked on our laptop and saw the play button. Go figure.
Guaranteed there is nothing released today. thursday night claims are a fallacy
