Do you think I should be a lock for admissions?

I knew about the top-7% rule for in-staters but it is really a given only for Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences. However, Cockrell is a low match if in-state.

Yes but I dont really want to end up there i applied to UT, Northwestern, TCU, Berkeley, and Santa Barbara. My sister lives in texas so I could get in-state to UT austin the last 3 years easily, I just heard it is hard to get in out-of-state.

Hi, I believe UT Austin is a low match, given your stats and ECs. Santa Barbara is also a low match. TCU is a match, while Berkeley and Northwestern are high matches.
