I’m accepted into both UT and SMU. Money is not an issue. Size is not really an issue. My problem is in the major I have been accepted for. I really want to major in business, and I was accepted into Cox school of business at SMU, which is one of the best business schools in Texas. At UT, I was accepted to major in art history, which seems useless to me. If I were to go to UT, I would definitely be spending my first year trying to transfer to liberal arts. If I go to SMU I won’t have to move around at all. My other problem is that Austin, and University of Texas are my favorite place and where I would prefer to go if I knew that I could for sure get into liberal arts or business there. I am panicking because I only have 30 days to figure this out.

Do you think you will do well in large lectures, or does the idea of smaller classes and more class discussions appeal to you? If money is not an issue then I would certainly lean to the type of educational environment you think you will do better in (after all that is the point of college).
