I’m an international student and a transfer Finance Major. All I need to know is whether I should pick Penn State or UT SA. I’ll be far from home but I have family in Houston which is pushing me towards San Antonio.But I still can’t seem to come up with a decision (AGHHHHHHHH)
And also, is it relatively easier to transfer from UTSA to perhaps maybe Austin if i do super well?
