University of Tokyo, Waseda, Keio

If my GPA is a 93% but is lower this year (idk what it is yet) my SAT total score is a 2050, my ACT is a 32 (33 superscored), and I have taken/will take eight or nine AP classes, what are my chances for getting into their programs in English? (Like PEAK with Tokyo University) Also my extracurriculars and achievements include making it to state twice for cross country, mock trial captain, president of my Wilderness Club, gold medals for the NLE and NSE three times, AP scholar, National Commended Scholar, and a few other language, economics, and govt awards. I know their acceptance rates are very different, but I am interested in applying to a Japanese college or university. Also, are there any other good economics/global studies programs taught in English in Japan? Thank you very much!

According to my Japanese friends, getting into Japanese universities are much easier for international students right now however the courses are inferior to the ones taught in Japanese. Not sure if internationals have to take the entrance exams like the domestic students so you might want to check. Raise your SAT score to higher than 2100 at least
