university of toronto question

hey everyone

I recently got my acceptance from Victoria college in University of Toronto in undergraduate life sciences program, but when I checked my official letter of offer I did not find any information about scholarships. Also on my uteroid there is nothing about any scholarship. My friends tell me that everyone who gets admitted to Victoria gets a scholarship so I am confused now. Does it mean that they did not offer me a scholarship or does the letter not contain information about scholarship ?

Unfortunately you didn’t get a scholarship, but you should certainly be glad you were accepted! The official letter would have clearly stated the details of your scholarship if you got one (I should know; I got a $5K scholarship from Trinity College when I applied last year). Also, what your friend told you was a myth.

calgirl , the letter didnt even mention how much I am supposed to pay , unlike the other universities that sent me letters that explained such stuff + scholarships.

All that the letter said was congratulations , and stuff like that.
