I got deferred. Not going to get in RD because of a 77 in AP Physics 1 due to extenuating circumstances combined with a terrible teacher. Sigh.
Rejected OOS. At least I can move on now. Congratulations to those accepted!

DEFERRED ! Lol pretty happy tbh and was sup rise I didn’t get flat out rejected. 26 on ACT and OOS, was pretty shocked.

Hi guys, I get accepted OOS from NY. I was wondering what the accept/decline section is? If I’m not sure if I’m going to attend yet so I click undecided?

Rejected! OOS, not a huge suprise and not really disappointed. Peace out!
Accept means you accept the offer and will definitely be attending UVA next fall.

tried to post my results on the thread, but couldn’t get the formatting right. Ill summarize/condense it here:
Accepted OOS (NJ)
ACT: 34C (36S, 34E, 33M,32R)
GPA: 4.3 (around 5th in my class, we don’t officially rank)
very involved in school activities (V athlete, class council officer, NHS officer, founder of club)
volunteer at nursing home and peer tutor
internship at surgical center, internship in virology lab at local hospital
have had a job for the past 2 years
strong essays - spent a lot of time on them
strong recs
I am very sorry to anyone who didn’t get in. I was rejected from my #1 school ED, so I definitely know how it feels

To see the decision, you have to log into the SIS system (scroll down on home page and it’s on the bottom right hand side). You will need to create and account and request a password.
