<p>Both me and a friend come from a mid-west state and are interested in going to UVA but would want merit based scholarships to help us pay off the huge tuition costs for out of state students. Assuming that we are quialfied enough to get them, what scholarships (not jefferson scholarship) are available to out of state students applying to the University of Virginia?</p>
