<p>On the UVa application, if I select the School of Nursing as the school to which I want to apply to, and I get accepted to UVa, am I committed to the School of Nursing or can I change my mind?</p>

<p>When do you plan to switch to a different school within UVA? Before April / before admission offer comes out? or immediately afterward in April? They have a different supplement essay question for each school.
I knew of a student who switched before admission offer came out & h/she emailed the admission office. Another supplement essay was needed. But if you are thinking of switching right after offer is made, you have to ask UVA admission office what to do.</p>

<p>But if you are thinking of switching somewhere along the line …a year or two…
because you wanted to study another major, I was told at the info session that a Nursing School student will go over to the College of Arts & Science.
( My D will be attending UVA Nursing this Fall )</p>
