How are you able to graduate after junior year? This concept really intrigues me.

At my school there is a dual enrollment program where you are allowed to take classes at the community college for free. The classes are faster paced, so in most cases 1 quarter of college class= 1 year of credit at my high school (however with english, you are required to take one composition and one literature class to satisfy one year's worth of credit) I've also taken some classes over the summer, so if everything goes as planned I will graduate with the following:

English: 4 Years (including 2 composition and 2 literature college classes)
History: 3 Years (including 2 quarters US History and AP Euro.)
Science:4 Years (including Astronomy, Nutrition, and Chemistry as college classes)
Spanish: 3 Years (including 5 UW credits of the equivelant class Span X103)
Math: 6 Years:) (including the calc. sequence at local cc)
PE: 2 Years

I've decided to graduate early because there wouldn't be many classes left for me to take at my high school and our school is known as "the pharmacy" because of its drug and alcohol problems. My counselors aren't that happy about me graduating early because it will probably be more work for them since I'll have to take the required "Senior Issues" class. However, I am excited even though my parents were at first. My parents are also OK with it now.
