University of Washington: Am I on the right track?

I am a junior attending a public school in Hawaii and as such I am concerned about how I stand in comparison to mainland students. I know my current application leaves much to be desired, but I'm hoping I will be able to improve it in time.

With the information presented above, I was wondering how whether I could easily get into the University of Washington even though I do not have any extracurriculars or any notable achievements/awards. I was also hoping people could recommend colleges that I should consider applying to, including both "safe" and "reaching" ones. Could someone please do me a favor and help me?

Sorry for the double post but my math score was 720 not 690.

your in for sure-safety

I think your numbers are fine, but I don't know how much they consider ecs. Another school I would also look at is the University of Oregon.
