Hi, everyone. My last discussion have some problem. I start a new one here!
I’m a senior international student in FL. I really love University of Washington lol.
GPA: uw 3.82 (3.85 in the senior mid-year report)
I don’t have AP. Expect to take APs in May.
ACT: 25
SAT: taken in January. The score should be above 1700. I am not sure whether UW accept this score. They don’t emphasize international students’ test scores (but so many int’l applicants get high scores like 2000+)
Btw, my score of language test for “English as second language” is very good among int’l students. I believe there’s no problem with it.

College Essay: I don’t have decent test scores, so I want to show my focus on culture, especially in poor and remote areas.
General comment: Because I attended 3 different high schools, it seems like I joined a lot of clubs. A lot of them are related to culture. Also, according to my observations and experience as an international student, I can tell the cultural differences.
I am really interested in varied activities out of classroom. I realize UW is a good place can offer me those opportunities.
That’s my first post on CC! Feel free to comment or post any of your questions below. Thanks for anyone has patience reading a jaybird’s profile
