Just applied to UW and think I have a pretty OK chance of getting in, but want some insight.

3.81 Unweighted GPA
3.97 Weighted GPA (Even though I don't think it matters for UW)
SAT:
570 Math
570 Verbal
590 Writing
AP World History and AP English
Taking college classes during my senior year, will have around 10 semester units
Paid Internship experience at a lab where I live
Out of State, CA.
Heavy involvement in my school's FFA, received 3 degrees.
I spent a lot of time revising my personal statement and it's pretty well written

If you were in state you’d get in no worries. You’re grades are very similar to mine but I’m an in state applicant. In my opinion you’ll get in. Good luck!

If I’m not mistaken isn’t it easier to get in Out of State? They get more money directly from tuition.

A real toss up, I think. Your GPA is around the average of those who enrolled last year, and your SAT scores are within but at the lower end of the 25/75 percentile range. “Holistically,” you would seem to be a good candidate for admission.
However, what makes it tougher to predict this year is that (according to the Seattle Times) applications are up 16%, and up 31% from California, so there will be a lot of competition for the spots that are available to nonresidents. As tacomaroma253 mentioned, and unlike at the UCs, the admission rate is more favorable for residents than for out of state and (especially) international applicants.
In any case, good luck, and I hope it works out for you.
I ended up getting in and I’ll be going there in the fall, in case anyone is wondering if they can get in with stats similar or higher to mine.
