<p>Maybe I am just being paranoid but my application status has changed to . "We have reviewed your application. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made." and no unofficial transcript loads.</p>
<p>Is this the final message before they send you a letter in the mail?</p>
<p>Also, I have been obsessingly clicking the link to the unofficial transcript. Before that message showed, it would take a long time to load. Now the unofficial transcript page comes up quickly with the "page cannot be displayed" message.</p>
<p>Does this for sure mean I didn't get in?</p>
