<p>I walk by it everyday! While I’ve never lived/dealt there, it seems clean (from the outside), I mostly see students entering/leaving, and there’s no shady activity. The prices seem fairly standard-to-high for 1 bdrm (out of my reach!). It’s in North Berkeley which is great and that’s pretty close to campus: around 10 minute walk.</p>
