<p>Price isn’t my main concern but rather living conditions and good/responsive management. I’ve heard quite a lot of negative stuff about many apartment complexes in Berkeley so it’s been difficult to find a good match. University Park Apartments didn’t seem to have any negative things said about it on other sites but I just wanted to make sure by asking any CC’ers if they’ve rented from them. Do you have any other suggestions of well managed 2br apartments near campus?</p>
