<p>I recieved a letter saying that I should sign the University Residence Halls contract and turn it in by Feb.1. If it was mailed to me I don't think I have it anymore. The copy online doesn't have a place to sign. What do I do?</p>
<p>Call them and have them send you a new one.</p>
<p>If you return the signed contract by the due date and then decide not to go to U of WI are you obligated to pay anything other than the $50 fee?</p>

<p>You get your money back ONLY if you do not attend once you sign the contract, and you need to request it in writing, of course - Res Halls is a separate entity from UW, telling one won't tell the other.</p>
