<p>Ah! I just got an e-mail about being a finalist for the University Scholars Program! Did anyone else get the e-mail/plan on going to the interview? Anyone know any helpful info? :) I'm so excited!</p>

<p>I received one. I am an international student from Romania. I am so happy I could die. Today is my birthday, too so what a gift. Oh lord, what a gift. Because even if I am not granted this scholarship the e-mail says I will still receive full financial aid (given the fact that I need it, my parents earn a total of $ 17 000 a year). Please correct me if I am wrong.</p>

<p>Are you guys talking about the Karsh International Scholars Program? I just received an email from Duke informing me that I have been admitted to the Class of 2015 and that I am a finalist for the above-mentioned scholarship. </p>
<p>I thought decisions weren’t supposed to be out until late March/early April, so I have a hard time believing it. Is this for real?! I’m stoked but still going to email the admission office to confirm.</p>

You will love the campus and better yet you will love your classmates in August should you choose Duke…they are all so talented and interesting and from all over the USA and the world. Duke is also a great college to enjoy as an alum. My 09 son sees his classmates often and meets alum in many cities.</p>

<p>Another USP finalist here! I have an issue: I emailed the lady at the travel agency about my ticket to Duke last week, and she has not responded to give me an itinerary. I am a little worried… did everyone here get their itineraries already?</p>
