University Selection for MS in Telecom/electrical Post graduate

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am interested in pursuing MS in telecom domain in US. I've a list of universities with me, it would be really great if someone can help me know which are good and which are not so good. Here's the list </p>

<p>My GRE score :- 1290 Verbal- 600 Quant- 690</p>

<p>toefel score :- reading- 23, listening-30, speaking-26, writing- 25</p>

<p>I also went through the rankings of the colleges mentioned above but am very confused. Any other universities which i can have chances in please lemme know.</p>
