A number of liberal arts colleges are feeder schools to med programs. Also, some of the big-name schools like Harvard send a lot of kids to medical school. Anyway, I don't have any evidence to prove this right now, but you might as well read Sakky's posts for more info and some of the posts in the parents forum about LACs will give you an idea. I've heard that JHU is supposedly a cutthroat place to be for pre-med...

UCLA has a decent pre-med program as well, but since you're out-of-state, UCLA may not be a good option.

The best, without a doubt, are the BS/MD programs. In this day and age with the competition for med-school spots reaching fevered pitch, guaranteed admission to medical school, even a less famous one, is worth its weight in gold.

Sakky, the question was which programs best prepares its students for medical school. For admissions, the programs you mention are probably the best. However, that doesn't mean that they best prepare their students intellectually or in many other ways.

My uncle did the BU to med school program, and another the Brown to med program. The BU uncle said it wasn't right for him, and i'm not sure how my other one feels. These programs are not for everyone, so research thoroughly before seriously considering them.
