TEll me about your oh so wonderful school.

My school offers IB program. But my school is THE GHETTO of the district.

One of our IB diplomma candidates is a member of a very violent Korean gang.

A few of our IB diplomma candidates make drugs a habit.

Our fine art department is horrid.

GO!

Our school flaunts that they're the "best public school in the state," while it has no IB program, and is consistently ranked below other schools.

Uhhhh, there's a smoker's corner where I come from and all the kids who stand there with cigs look like white trash. I think there's a lot of white trash where I go. Not a ton, but too much anyway. If you get pregnant, the administration puts you on the homebound homeschooling program and does everything in their power so you don't show your face at school. For homebound, you get about four hours of school a week.

AP program is comme ci comme ca but the course will take place a certain period, during which you will probably already have something else scheduled. They make it really hard for you to schedule what you want and the guidance counselors are probably the worst in the area. Mine ****ed up my schedule 3 or 4 times. "The schedule is like a puzzle!" they say. Eh, it's just annoying. We lack IB but from what I hear, it's pretty overrated anyway.

My grade level principal was pretty cool last year, this big black guy who looks like a football player. But he went to focus on the incoming freshman so I'm stuck with some older dude. He's pretty nice though and much more helpful than the guidance department.

For some reason I find the bathroom stalls to be entertaining. There's a **** load of writing in there. It's like you have something to read while you pee. It's actually kind of cool.

My school is an IB school, ranked top in Alberta and one of the best in the world.

My school doesn't have a gym.

-I lve in the semi-ghetto of Waldorf Maryland.
-one third of my class will not graduate on time
-I wish I went to a private school
-trash can fires and gang fights are weekly events
-atheltics tend to take priority over academics
-in the middle school I attended, 4 of my former teachers left becasue the students were... well mean.
-I'm scared to ride the bus- last year a lady attacked a bus driver with an ice pick becasue her daughter had her seat moved.

I go to a large Catholic school (1100 students) in one of the poorest cities in Massachusetts. 11 AP classes, junior and seniors. Big sports school, consistently wins regional and state championships. 95% attend four year colleges, 4% attend 2-years. Lots of ec's offered. The school has produced two YMCA National Youths of the Year, a Miss Teen USA Pagant participant, someone got into the US Sentate Page Program. I do not know the negatives becuz I have not started there yet....we'll see
