One of my professors just posted the grades for my class on myUCLA. There's two spots for grades: "unofficial myUCLA final grade" and "official final grade". The grade is in the "unofficial myUCLA final grade" spot and official is still N/A. So my question is: Is there any way that my grade would change (i.e. go up) from what it is currently listed? I feel like I could be right on the edge between two grades...

Official final grade will be the same as unofficial one after one or two days.

I’ve never seen the two differ, except when I go back after I know there has been a grade change.

I have a similar question. My score for the final still says N/A, but there already is an unofficial MyUCLA Grade. How does this work?

They didn’t feel like updating the final exam grade, but they calculated your final grade.

i’ve never seen the two grades differ. Generally when your unofficial grade is posted then that means your official grade will be posted to URSA later that night (at like 2am).

Some professors do not enter final exam grades, only enter unofficial final grades.

Where can we find the grade distributions in the class? My math class distribution is up there but my chem isn’t. Is it usually online or does the professor send out a class email or something?

It depends on whether the professor wants to post the grade distribution. Some don’t.
