@Kai407 yes
I wanna know if it only works for all accepted applicants, like the unofficial transcript. Please comment if MyPlan doesn’t work for you anyone.
@Kai407 I can go to the my plan… Can you? I want to know if it varies
If ANYONES unofficial transcript page has loaded… please reply to me.
Everyone should be able to use MyPlan. It is just a schedule builder to track your degree matrix. It doesn’t indicate anything. My girlfriend had me check it out a couple months back, shortly after I activated my UW NedID
@lukepeoples well that’s unfortunate
Any news anyone?
Still nothing
Hope something starts to come up soon. Just got waitlisted to UC San Diego
What rank is UDUB?
9th overall state school
Is it very hard getting in as an in-state applicant?
UW was actually just ranked #1 in the west. It’s much easier to get in as an instate student. 69% acceptance rate for instate
Phillipiscool123, it depends on the publication and its ranking criteria:
Times Higher Education Ranking: 4 US public, 26 world; US News Best Global Universities: 3 US public, 14 world; National Taiwan University Ranking: 1 US public, 5 world; Shanghai Ranking: 4 US public, 15 world; Ranking Web (3 US public, 7 world).
The Times just released its “reputation ranking”: 5 US public, 18 US, 33 world.

Uwhusky1997, you have a better chance if you are in-state. Less than a third of the 36,000+ applicants are in-state, but they will take 2/3 of the seats in the entering class. Nonresidents are more than 2/3 of the applicants and must compete for the remaining 1/3 of the seats.
@UWfromCA I am hoping that somewhat average stats can be acceptable then!
@UWfromCA is there a link to the 2/3 seats for instate and 1/3 seats for out-of-state? Because that percentage makes it sound like if you are in state then you’re guaranteed if you have around average scores:D
@YoonMiRae right?! my hopes went up a little bit.
We’re top 50 in US News, which isn’t too shabby haha. I wouldn’t go so far as to call us the #1 public university (there’s a certain school out there that * really * likes that title) but we’re definitely up there as state flagships go.
As an in-state student, you pretty much can and will get in if you have the numbers. I’m sure you guys are going to be fine. Good luck everyone!
YoonMiRae,
I personally think that statistics is a little off though cause if you think about it… if about 15000 kids get acceptance letters and there is like 11,500 in state applicants. That would be nearly 87 percent admittance rate for in state students @uwhusky1997
