Whoopsie. Just sent off an e-mail to a summer camp, at which I hope to work for, with my informal coot66@gmail.com address. Stupidly, I forgot to switch to my professional one. Looks rather dumb now, the e-mail written on the resume not matching from where the e-mail is coming from. So blah. Hopefully that won't completely kill my chances for the job, right?

-The Killed Coot6

Hopefully, the summer camp will think your name is Cory Oswald Ottenwienburg Tennyson and that you were born on June 6th.

Hey, it happens. If you want, you can send an email from your "professional" address to verify that it was indeed you who sent the application, albeit from your alternate address. Don't stress.

By the way, your sign-offs are amusing. Your extensive knowledge of adjectives is, I'm sure, quite a turn-on to your female acquaintances.

LMAO...

And ouch, I just noticed I signed that last one "Coot6". I must be losing my mojo...

And back on topic, just got a response from the guy saying "we're full for the summer but I'll let you know if an opening becomes available". At least he didn't write back with something like "Dear Coot66..."

Looks like I'll be hitting up the local Target for employment this summer...

-The Targeted Coot66

I'm pretty sure the email address you used had nothing to do with it.

I'm sure they get a lot of worse email addresses.

i actually quite enjoy your signing off adjectives. :P

Target's not that bad actually. i'll rather work there than Wal-Mart !!

I love the post signings too!

they're so amusing. :)
