Then, I would say you could face some pretty harsh consequences if cost.

I doubt you'd get caught.

yea, tonyt is just being a big pussy

how did you get them?
I like to trade
trading is allowed

me too...i would really like to trade also

PM me if you decide to sell them :)

PM if you decide to give them to me from the bottom of your gracious heart.

shouldn't trading be different from selling?

(lol, I'm still looking for a scanner)

I'm not a lawyer, but there was a discussion about this a week or so ago, and from we could figure, basically, the law says that College Board/ETS has no control over what you do with your physical copy of the test - sell it, trade it, burn it, whatever. The only problem is if you copy the test and give it to other people (for money or trade or whatever) or post it online or somehow turn 1 copy into 2 or 10 or 100 - then you're violating copyright law.

(Again, IANAL and this isn't legal advice :) )

Thanks TheVeganActress

I am a confused parent. How do you get the unreleased tests? I know I paid something extra when my son signed up for the April SAT, but I didn't get a copy of the test. Please explain. Thanks aigjr@aol.com

nothing just make some money and run

Cailg, the CollegeBoard offers two different services for test takers - for the May. October, and January tests, you can pay an extra $18 for the Question and Answer service, where you get a copy of the test as well as your answers; in other months, you can pay $10 for the Student Answer Service, which gives you information about the question difficulty, question type and your answers, but not the actual test - this might be what you ordered
