Unsure about senior year schedule?

Hey guys! This is odd.. very first time posting on this website. ANYWAYS, my college counselor just called my mom, all freaked out about the schedule I told her I wanted to have senior year. She thinks that 3 science classes is way too much (my previous counselor told me not to take AP chemistry and honors physics my junior year; I did anyway, wound up with a 94 in chemistry and a 97 in physics).
I was ready to disagree with her until she said that as a straight A student, it will deeply hurt me if I wind up with any Bs 1st semester (I plan on applying ED to Vandy but of course there's a possibility that I might not get in). Here's what my schedule for my senior year looks like so far:

AP Lit
AP Physics B
AP Bio (2 periods)
AP Gov/Macro Econ (1 semester classes)
AP Calc BC
Advanced Chem Honors (can only take if you've taken AP chem; no tests or quizzes: grades only come from homework)

She wants me to drop the honors class and take something like sociology instead. Is she right? Will this schedule be too stressful? I just don't want to swap it out with a class that looks like a joke to colleges.

Depending on which teacher you have, sociology can be tough. I got an A in it, but if it something that interests you go for it. I will tell you right now that AP Bio is hard. I regret not taking it senior year. However, if you think you can handle 5 APs along with college apps, then I say go for it. Even if you switch out, you still have other APs so colleges will know you tried senior year as well.

Sociology is easy at my school. My question isn’t about whether or not I’m taking too many APs, but rather whether or not I should swap my 3rd science class (the honors one) for a non-science honors class.

Like I said, if sociology interests you do it. If not, then I say go ahead with chemistry. Don’t do it just because it’s easy. Even if you switch to sociology, colleges won’t think you’re a slacker. Sociology is not a joke to colleges and I bet some colleges would even like it if you took it.
