I've currently been accepted to UCSB, UCI, Fullerton, and have been waitlisted for UCSD.

I have no idea what direction I want to go in. I'm not in favor of going for the biomed approach and don't want to be a doctor. My grades in biology and chemistry and physics are not outstanding but are not Cs either. I'm entertaining the idea of a dentist, but that's just it. I've done some brief research on business and political science and figure that they are versatile. I especially enjoy English and history/government.

Should I go to Fullerton or OCC/IVC to "experiment" and figure out what I want to do without spending tons of money? UCSB is out of the question, despite the beautiful campus. Academics are better at UCI (?) My mother is the only source of income and so living on campus would cost way too much.

I don't want to put my family into crippling debt. But should I really just throw away all my UC acceptances just to attend some community college?

I was considering going to Fullerton and transferring to UCLA.

I'm sorry if this entire post is disjointed and unorganized.
