i recently have been accepted into UNT and I am planning on majoring in business management my questions are how good is the UNT program and how hard is it to get into the UNT program? also what is Texas State and UTSA like in comparison to campus life and a business degree.. I know plenty of people who have graduated from UNT and have already had jobs lined up before they left the college and they are also well off now as far as money is concerned. I really want the best of both worlds a nice college experience and a good degree a pretty campus etc. Also I'm not a party person so when i say a nice college experience i am not talking about in terms of going crazy at college anyways any answers would be greatly appreciated

Don’t know much about UNT but know more about UTSA and Texas State. UTSA will have the least traditional campus experience. They are working on it improving the situation but it’s still a commuter campus. It’s establishing itself in engineering and biotech. Texas state has a nicer campus (in my opinion), some very well respected programs (GIS, Health Information), and the highest graduation rate. Ultimately, all of these are in many ways regional schools so if you want to work in Austin or San Antonio you might consider Texas State or UTSA. If you’re interested in DFW, UNT is the way to go.

What is DFW? Also are you implying that utsa and Texas state have a good business program? Because I will be majoring in business

DFW is Dallas Ft. Worth. I really couldn’t say how the business programs compare. I know that UTSA has a strong focus on tourism. Texas State is recognized for health business. Unless you have a specific interest or find something that actually compares the programs, I would think that their strengths would be placing people in their local areas.
