Ok your GPA is a bit low, but if your rank is high that’s okay. Your test scores are good, and are in the range for the schools you’re looking at. I would submit your ACT since it’s a bit higher than your SAT. Your EC’s are good and you show initiative by starting two clubs. If I may ask, why are you applying to so many state schools in different states? These are harder to get into, due to in-state preferences, and you have to pay full tuition still.
I would suggest retaking SAT and getting closer to a 2300 if your want a stronger chance at some of your top schools, but if you don’t it shouldn’t hurt you. Also at UPenn and NYU are you going for Wharton/Stern, or just CAS.
Chances wise:
UMiami, USC, UWashington, UCF, Michigan, Maryland, NYU, UNC-Match
UVA-slight reach
UPenn, UCBerkeley-Reach, your stats are in berkeley’s range, but they only accept 8% out of state so competition is tough
-also if your going for UPenn CAS you have a strong shot, but Wharton would be a reach
If you can chance me back:

going for wharton and stern, and foster and all the business schools of each college. School doesn’t rank. By the end of this year the GPA may be slightly lower like 3.57 but I will try my best to keep a 3.6. If it drops do my chances drop significantly also?
