Unusual Situation, chance me

*First post, I've been a long time observer just never had anything to say really
I AM NOT A TROLL

Let me preface this by saying that the SAT/SAT II stats I'm posting aren't real but rather projections based on how I've done on practice tests/PSAT. My school does not rank and although my GPA is definitely low for the Ivy applicant pool (3.4-3.5) but this is about average in my school and generally 30-40% of my class goes to an Ivy. Additionally, most of my school is asian or white and I am black so I know that I it will be easier for me to get into top colleges than them. My school does rank which I know is important, but I don't know the exact significance in terms of how i'll be evaluated (maybe someone can explain) by schools. I think I have average EC's for the Ivy pool.

So based on the aforementioned facts and a stat profile like this (3.5 GPA, ~2300 SAT, two or three SAT II's over 750) what are my chances at:
the lower tier Ivies (Penn, Dartmouth)
the upper tier Ivies (Harvard, Yale)
BC
U of Chicago

P.S I'm strongly considering applying ED to Penn(Wharton) next year, tell me whether or not that seems like a good idea.

Thanks.

Bumppppppppppp

Don’t make chance threads until you have test scores.

I couldn’t resist, I’ve been waiting for so long. I am taking the SAT’s later this month and my SAT II’s in March and May respectively and so I will have actual stats soon but I just wanted to know what my chances would be if I got around what I’ve been getting on collegeboard practice tests.
