Unusual situation

Hi
I have a bit of an unusual situation and need some advice, but first some background

i attended school in the UK and did very well in the external examinations ( sort of like AP)
I then came to the US beginning senior year, took a bunch of AP classes/tests and ended up getting over a 4.6GPA. Great SAT/ACT.
Was then given a substantial scholarship to a really good school. But of course the newfound freedom didnt do me well and I ended up partying the entire year, ending with a 2.6 GPA for freshman year.
I then applied to a Med school in UK (using my scores for external examinations only which were outstanding) and have just graduated.

The problem:
I want to apply to graduate school in the US for a masters, but they want me to list all universities that I have attended. Given that I attended freshman year in a US university and did poorly (2.6 ish), should I not list it and remove any mention of scholarships from this university from my resume? Or is this considered really unethical? Is there any way I can have it all cancelled or do something about it?
Help would really be appreciated

You can’t really cancel the grades, but since it was in Freshmen year, the effect should be limited.
