Unweighted GPA

When people refer to unweighted gpa on this site, are they talking about out of 4.00, in that both As and A+s = 4.00, or are they talking about out of 4.33?

I am asking this because my school offers A+s, and I am wondering if my unweighted gpa should include A+s as 4.33 or not. Thanks.

count A+s as As =P and put it out of 4.0

Thanks, I am a big fan of Ivanovic by the way. But, I still see a lot of people who have like 4.1 as their UW, so I was wondering if other people have input.

colleges do not have A+, so assuming out of 4.0....if people have 4.1 that's their own calculation; doesn't mean colleges use that....

a+=4, a=4, a=4

a+=4, a=4, a=4

A+,a=4.0
a-=3.7
b+=3.3
b=3.0
b-=2.7
c+=2.3
c=2.0
