Unweighted v. Weighted GPA

<p>Pretty simple question: do colleges look at weighted GPA or unweighted GPA when looking at applicants?
Because with a weighted GPA from all my AP classes, I have a 4.28 but with an unweighted GPA, I have a 3.85.</p>
