UofT or Uottawa

Hello!
I’m currently debating on which school to attend, and I need some advice. When I applied to UofT, it was so late that most of the programs were closed or something I would have no interest in except for visual and performing arts (one of my hobbies to partake in). So I decided to just apply for VPA and got in. However, I have a really big passion to go into business/marketing, which is what I got in for uottawa.
I’m really stumped, and I don’t know what school I should go to. I heard that you don’t declare your major until the end of the first year so I could possibly still get into a business program at UofT?
Additionally, I am very involved in extracurriculars such as dance, choir, FBLA, and etc and I feel like uottawa has more of these kinds of clubs than UofT but I might be wrong.
I won’t be getting guaranteed Rez for both of these schools which I am very sad about, but this gives me an equal playing field for me to choose between these two schools.
A lot of people have just been telling me to go to uoft because of the prestige, but I’ve been hearing that it’s really hard to do well in classes even if you try your best. I want to enjoy my time at uni but also challenge myself at the same time.
If you have any advice for me, please help. Anything will be appreciated. Thanks so much.

The commerce program at U of T is called Rotman. Transferring into Rotman is very competitive. Details on how to transfer are in this link. https://rotmancommerce.utoronto.ca/future-students/how-to-apply/ I wouldn’t count on being able to transfer. Rotman students also pay substantially higher tuition.
