no it says i got accepted to alternate program not what i applied which is comp sci
Oh yeah they do that sometimes, the one you applied for is probably full so they suggest you another program

I suggest you look up the program they offered you and decideā¦ idk about the LBP scholarship tho, cause 1) they just give to you for your first choice and 2) you kinda received it too late they already started making decisions/ maybe are doneā¦
no dude im literally telling u they didnt tell me what program, no specifics at all. im sure that will come to light soon, but do u know when. im not rlly worried about scholarship just this.

Hi I got my admission around a month back but I instead of computer science, they admitted me into Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Does that mean Iām no longer eligible for the LBP Scholarship?

I think it has to be your first choice to be considered for the LBP scholarship

āYou may apply for several programs and may receive admission to them all; however, the Pearson Scholarship, if awarded to you, would be restricted to your first choice of program at U of T at the time our scholarship decisions are made.ā

Weāre mostly prospective students here, youāll probably get more answers about stuff like program selection from current students. Theyāll have a much better idea of what you can do with a certain program. Good luck figuring this situation out!

I read a thread on Reddit in which someone said that he/she sent an e-mail to the LBP committee, in which they answered that a scholar may be eligible in their second choice too. Iām not 100% sure and it may not be true, but thatās what that person said. I think you should mail them to find out If youāre eligible. Good luck!
