I got into all 3 schools:
Biomed Eng in UoM and Boston and UoToronto in Materials Eng (didn't get into the BioSci - no biomed eng as a major avail).

My first choice major is Biomed Eng. Can you please give me your thoughts on these universities? Cost aside, just on program, facilities and reputation, etc.

Thanks.

Michigan wins in all respects in your scenario.

I don’t know recharge, BU is excellent (on par with Michigan) in BME. Toronto is also very good. I would agree with Michigan, but only if cost of attendance is not an issue.

Thanks. I will find out soon enough. As an international, there is no fin aid. But there is a scholarship for Cdn students at BU and I will find out on Apr 15. But UM is 9k less than BU…

UoT is definitely a plus for cost at 1/3 of the US tuition, but I will have to find out more about Material Eng to see if I would settle for that program. Not sure if I want to “settle” either…
