<p>Will the new "law" I cant think of a better term, pertaining to the increased number of out of state students accpeted to unc chapel hill due to considereation of scholarship students as in state, up my chances of getting in? I have a 2200 sat and a 4.15 gpa, (.5 for honors, .5 for AP)</p>
