<p>depends there all only like 3000 people at the most, altoona and erie way up north, if you wanna transfer after 2 years then def, most ppl at altoona drive to UP for football and stuff</p>
<p>i applied to Behrend in Erie. I live in Pittsburgh and UP is just TOO BIG! I have alot of friends in erie and they like it alot.</p>
<p>Erie is a great town. I've visited it a few times over the past couple of years.</p>
<p>Enjoy the snow for me! They average about 85-90"/year. It's really not a bad thing (contrary to what the general public seems to always classify it as). The people who live there are used to the snow, and a few inches do not shut down the entire region, lol.</p>
