So I was doing the “Update Communication Topics of Interest” thing for the UC Irvine freshman portal, and this might be a stupid question, but I ask stupid questions all the time, so I’ll ask anyway: would being Chinese be considered an “Underrepresented Minority”?

I am sure you found out the answer but for UCI specifically, the Asian student population is in the majority (not specifically Chinese) at 36%.
