Update: Decision Letters

how were u informed that your RD letter would arrive soon stanford aspire?

It just happened to come up during a Q&A type of deal.

My D received her acceptance today! Very excited here!!!

Congrats!!!

Congrats daybreak! That is wonderful news.

Our D got her acceptance letter today via reg. mail…we’re in Oregon!

MConklin - Thank you! We are looking forward to visiting Rochester!

Just wondering, I did get an acceptance today, and I am very much excited, but if I didn’t get a Renaissance invitation, I’m guessing I won’t get one?

I got accepted!! So. Freaking. Happy.

Congrats Stanford!

Did you guys applied to combined program?

Acceptance in RI!

Got my letter today! Which is kind of weird because I’m pretty sure I didn’t apply to a special program (I remember requesting info about some programs, but that’s all I did) and I’m not that far from Rochester (maybe 6 hours away?).

Whatever; still really happy! :D

Congratulations

No big envelope … had applied for REMS … may be wait till tomorrow.

all those who got accepted congrats! did your status on MyRoc change or is it still the same?

@itsjai
Just checked; mine didn’t change at all. Apparently it’s still on step 4. o_O

Accepted as well! This is so tremendously exciting!

However, I have a question. If we got accepted, do we still need to send our mid-year reports? Mine just recently came out so I have yet to mail them. Would there be any point to send them to U of R since we already know the admission decision?

Thank you so much!

I GOT INNNNNNNNNNNNN THANKS I applied RD no special programs, live on east coast

Accepted RD, without a combined program application! SO PUMPED! Does anyone know why some east-coasters/midwesterners got a response so early?

I am suspecting students who have received their acceptances early (with the exception of international and few west coast students) are perhaps offered specific scholarships and/or will be informed earlier of their need-based aid.

Personally, I am from the west coast and applied for need-based aid (I REALLY need it). Are the accepted students on this thread applying for need-based aid as well? I am curious…maybe MConklin can shed some light.

p.s. I may be over-thinking this just a little bit hahaha
